SHIPPING
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All domestic orders are sent via Canada Post.
Canada Post Expedited + Xpresspost Parcel: Includes tracking number and $100 insurance. Packages ship within 5 days of ordering. Tracking number will be provided via email once item is shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international shipping is sent via Canada Post.
USPS Expedited / Tracked / Xpresspost Parcel: Includes tracking number. Packages ship within 5 days of ordering. Tracking number will be provided via email once item is shipped. Many packages take time passing through customs, especially those containing jewelry. This process is out of my control and, as a result, arrival times may vary.

All other international orders are sent via Canada Post. Tracking number will be provided via email once item is shipped. Many packages take time passing through customs, especially those containing jewelry. This process is out of our control and, as a result, arrival times may vary.
RETURNS
I accept returns on unworn items within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, please email returns@HeartHouseStudio.ca with your information including your name and order number to obtain your returns form. You can then mail your product and return form back to me.
All shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and approved, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2 weeks for the payment to be credited back to your account.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees and import fees that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
