Refund Policy

For any reason you are not satisfied with your Heart House Studio purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund of the purchase price, minus the cost of shipping.
I accept returns on unworn items within 7 days of receiving your order. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returned items will be inspected once received, and items that do not meet the policy will be shipped back at customers expense.

To return your product, please email returns@HeartHouseStudio.ca with your information including your name and order number to obtain your returns form. You can then mail your product and return form back to me. 

All shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 

If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

*Please note: If COD charges are incurred when I receive your returned item, the COD cost will be deducted from your return total.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following are some items that I do not return or exchange:

-For sanitary reasons I do not accept returns on earrings.

-Returns received after 7 days of customer receiving item

-Items that have been damaged, and/or worn.

-Gift cards

-Sale items. Only regular priced items may be returned/refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
